Cheval de friseFresques sur les parois secrètes du crâne
Description
Fresques sur les parois secrètes du crâne is the second album by french duo Cheval de frise, one of the most paradoxical bands rock has ever produced.
Consisting of Vincent Beysselance (drums) and Thomas Bonvalet (classical amplified guitar) the band recorded this striking, enigmatic, baroque masterpiece at Black Box studio (France), in 2002. It was later released on Compact Disc by RuminanCe (Paris), in 2003.
20 years later, Computer Students™ is pleased to reissue this recording and to press it to vinyl and cassette tape for the first time.
Fresques sur les parois secrètes du crâne is the fifth release in our Expanded Reissues series with the original 10 tracks remastered.
This breathtakingly gorgeous reprint comes with almost entirely new artwork and is supplemented by an imposing 12-page booklet containing never-before-seen art by Thomas Bonvalet.
— Fresques sur les parois secrètes du crâne was remastered by Carl Saff in November 2022 in Chicago.
— Lacquers were cut by Ruy Mariné at Dubplates Berlin in April 2023.
